International Camps

Our international camp is a privately funded company. Our site benefits both from its proximity to the wilderness of the Parc du Mont-Tremblant and to the metropolitan amenities of Montreal.

We are located on a small, clean, safe lake. This allows for careful supervision of the many aquatic activities. The camp is 120 kilometers (75 miles) north of Montreal in the Laurentian Mountains.

Your child will be in a well-established camp that has met Canadian and international standards for the past 25 years. Ekocamp is a member of the National Camp Association (U.S.) and the Better Business Bureau.

In addition to all activities, 15 hours of formal language teaching are available each week. These optional classes are set up according to the level of previous knowledge and are limited to a maximum of 10 students per class.

In our children camp we take pride in the warmth of our family atmosphere and the truly personalized approach of our staff.

Home

Language is the doorway to understanding the infinite variety of human cultures; understanding culture is the key to tolerance; working and playing together is the means through which culture and tolerance are given a human face and then extended through friendship.

Parents can have fun too!

Many parents take advantage themselves of our location. The Laurentian Mountains are scattered throughout with pretty alpine villages. The Laurentians has become the preferred playground of Montrealers and their neighbors from all parts of eastern North America.
